I just bought AIT Themes Directory Plus AND the 12 month support. When I go to use support it says I do not have a registered product. Heres my valid code. 7bdd87d6-2c80-4018-8a54-12f489f1c198 So far, cant seem to get Google maps running, so far no support, So far not too impressed. About to ask for my money back

Strange, with criticism you respond faster than your lousy support. But what is this kindergarten nonsense, we buy your themes for our company and not for hobby projects. You have got accesses to find the mistake, it came only stupid excuses and in the end, nothing more. Fact is, even if all plug-ins are turned off, errors occur. You also got the log data of your themes and nothing happened. Thats why I guess from this theme, and especially this bad support, just annoying. Never again will I buy something from you. Yes, it is right that we use the theme "try" since 2016, unfortunately 90% in maintenance mode because it has never worked properly.

Absolute waste of time and money, paid someone to install, they couldnt due to various problems, contacted designer who told me to download blah blah, tried to access support on their website, it says Im not entitles to support, also looks terrible and hard to use. Avoid.
