Ive made several installation attempts and the same does not work, all servers with Php and Apache installed

Ive been waiting for 2 years for this to be workable. Constantly crashes in Chrome, poor documentation (how hard is it to set a background image for a div properly? If you dont want it to be fixed, good luck) and while the templates look nice - good luck when you want to change them. Inconsistent coding, combined with having to redo work 6x over means this has cost me more time than I could have written the pages myself on the clients I foolishly used this on. It has GREAT potential, unfortunately in 2 years the documentation is just as poor, crashes and bugs are just as plentiful.
