I have received the best support and customer service that I have had in a long time. I’m working on tight deadlines with a new template and little knowledge. I’ve had a few issues but the themes code support has been invaluable. He stayed with me all the way. And even though we had some frustrating moments, he remained dedicated, patient and very helpful. Carol has been great for our email marketing, and the developer is always there to help, even custom creating some modules just for us.
