Dropdown (sub) menus dont link to target on mobile device. Paid for customer support and have tried to contact author numerous times with no answer. Charges for support but does not give any. Have purchased with Envato for years and this is the first and only time Ive had such a bad experience.

I asked simple question last week on support, after I check it out on commends there is no support in general I understand. no answer = no star plus there are many small mistakes on site which need to take care yourself you can do it just by coding.
