No support, there are problems with the module, we contact the support twice. Still no response after a week, I wonder why we are paying for 6 months of support, really mediocre.

No support. I contact support via e-mail and theme support site. Nothing happend since over 30 days. Thats poor!

Since I purchased the module and I have not been able to operate it yet, I would like to point out that there was an attempt to provide support, but the problems were not resolved

I have been meaning to post this for some time, and somehow time ran away from me. This developer provides excellent support and will assist you with customization questions, as well as responding to any issue you may see. Even further, if you need something really special (like we did) we were able to hire the developer at a reasonable cost to fix our template (we had an old mod, that decided to just shut down, and it stopped working due to license) GREAT DEVELOPER!
