Customer Support is great. Like to specially thank Adrian Bojinca communicating with me in FB messenger to get all the issues iron out. My upgrade was done with latest version 2.10 from old version 1.8.1. Though the update was successful, the website still breaks. So Adrian went to the site backend and pinpoint the exact issues. Within less than an hour, the theme looks great. I must say this really saves me about 24 hours if need to submit ticket waiting for reply. I can now move on from here to continue adding new products. On a side note, I was initially thinking to change the theme. Until I did a search for best eCommerce Theme of 2019. To my surprise, The Retailer theme is still one of the best theme around. So, that adds to my motivation to make the purchase. No regret. All is working great as expected.

Having huge slow downs from AJAX Cart Frags after recent "Cart item count fix", fix this in an update immediately and I will change review. Adding 7-10sec to each page load. Huge problem.

Very flexible theme! I love to work with It. Just wish a function to be able to search products by article number. Please continue your great work to make THE RETAILER better and more better ;)
