This is a schoolbook example of a solid, well-designed theme that just works, without bloat or hassle. The support is on fleek and responsive. Documentation is great. I had a small issue with importing the demo, where not all placeholder images were inserted correctly. A minor annoyance. Getbowtied is becoming my new favourite here on Themeforest. Keep up the great work!

Customer support is great. Adrian and his team quickly came to my support regarding an issue where I couldnt access their support ticket center because of a two account conflict under one email. They setup a way for me to temp communicate with them until Envato resolves the issue. This is the second time I bought their Mr.Tailor theme for another project because it comes with a lot features.
