I have nothing against the theme as it looks great and is simple to use. UNTIL SOMETHING GOES WRONG, then for love of god you can not get any help no matter what. I had the support at the beginning which wasnt needed as, the system told me everything that i need to do and it actually worked. HOWEVER funnily enough, know that i am out of support the main Customising Header Image no longer works.... i cant find anything anywhere to help me understand the issue. To me this is a simple question that should be able to be found and answered by the support team. My one star rating is due to this fact. This is nothing to do with me changing anything at any point. To say im unhappy is an understatement. But like everything else i have tried im sure that this will have no affect or response from anyone on the support team.

Overall the theme is good but unfortunately the mobile responsive not very good :-(

I am feeling really angry and frustrated that no one from customer support is getting back to me. I uploaded Woocommerce 3.2, which I have just read has had some major bug issues. It would have been good if someone from your customer support had got back to me to let me know. I have been waiting a week to get a reply and nothing!

MayaShop has put me in good stead over the years. Regularly updated and has very good walk-through support. Does everything Ive ever needed. My only hope is that author will some day take all this good stuff and do a more modern and clean looking template as I am such a fan.

Not only is the design visually pleasing, Ive used this theme for a few years now and the updates keep the theme current and my involvement in the website minimal.
