The theme is terrible. I would like a refund for it. Its not user friendly at all and support is non existent.

The theme is outdated, very buggy and the support really poor! Not recommended at all!

Decent theme, but just isnt supported well. Multiple complaints in the support forum about lack of responses. My own support requests go unanswered for weeks at a time. When they do respond, its at odd hours, and with one response. When you then respond to that, it will take yet another gap of several days or even weeks to get further along. Its like they have given up on this theme or something. As of the time of this review, there are 8 out of 10 support requests from purchasers that have gone ignored, going back as far as 2 weeks old. Ive paid for about 4 support extensions, I dont see how I can justify giving any more money for something that isnt offered in return.
