This is the greatest theme of all, i build many site with this theme. No doubt its the best for all of you.. the UXBuilder is outstanding, and many features that cut off the plugins you need to install. Also the features with Woocommerce is absolutely amazing... And amazingly is very light and SEO friendly Awesome masterpiece of work for the team build this!

We use Flatsome since 2017. Its a well designed Tool, its stable and easy to understand. You will love the UX Builder. I cant tell you about the support because there was never a reason to contact them.

Have a lot problem of PageSpeed, Have Adopted WP Rocket , CDN (Bunny CDN), image optimization (imagefy),High Speed Hosting but still fail to Google PageSpeed Insights and Gtmatrix Testing. the Mobile Loading time is long and the score is never better than 35. i test the flatsome offcial speed tested site and the score in mobile is 32, in desktop is 71. it states used wprocket,wp engine host and lazz load... funny, right? you can test the site yourself to see :https://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/demos/shop-demos/classic-shop/ the theme have a lot of stuff to loaded and cannot do anything to remove or optimize it.

Lets start with the negative: Their support is terrible, not because they push back, because they disrespect, act unprofessionally and it takes them days to respond. O yeah, when you dont agree with them, they will start ignoring you and wont respond for weeks. I wish they will invest in their customer support or maybe train the support agent better, not sure which one, but something is def broken! Positive: Its a great template and you can design beautiful websites with minimal to no code, however, it has some bugs as any other system nowadays.
