After you spend forever tweaking it, fighting the page order or title texts or images, you get it just right and a single widget update can destroy most things and at the very least, many things need to be reset. Support is seriously lacking!! But what did it for me was one particular wordpress update that destroyed the entire functionality of the site. In the end - I shelved it. We cant begin to work out the cost in lost business, why? because its failure led to our own failure.

This theme is too slow even on fast server. Too bulky and set up is very hard to get working and too get the theme looking nice. Lacks the design elements I was expeting so cannot create the site I was looking for using this theme.

I have been using this theme for 2 years. Graphic design is impecable. Functionality just works as desired. Bugs are being fixed. Updates keeps coming. Customer support exists (if you pay for extension of course). I cannot ask more, I am giving you my 5 stars here.
