They not fix any bugs and not answering me anytime.
meta-box doesnt work , and support didnt even responded to my mail .
Customer support is really poor, had a request open for over a week as the page builder is not working. Still havent addressed or fixed the issue, not interested in my problem, have to chase them up everyday and still waiting for a reply. Its a shame because its one of my favourite themes but it is disappointing when you extend support for $35 to try and get fixed one of their bugs.
