Uncode is one the most advanced and customisable Wordpress theme I have ever used as a developer and as a customer. It has tons of options and is really stable and fast. Thanks!

Extremely challenging theme to use and configure. Lots of clicking around searching for things that should just work. There is so much complexity that you spend hours and sometimes days just trying to get some very basic things operational. There are a lot of other themes out there that dont cause you such a headache.

Ranked a 2 before due to the slow response from customer service... Sometimes over 24 hours which if your in a time crunch can be really disappointing; however, generally they respond within a reasonable amount of time.

Uncode is a beautiful theme with a lot built in customization options, from animation to templates. The only problem I found while developing my website is the difficulty of doing custom customization with javascript and CSS. A lot of time overwriting the built in options is a little difficult and can cause problems with the correct viewing of the website. The customer support and the documentation is great!
