Customization is very unintuitive and not even possible at some point. IMO it has not been thought about some features in detail.

Sorry but its not user friendly if you are not a web designer or developer. This is the first complicated Wordpress theme I have ever had. I cant even add social media buttons easily - I have to copy/paste codes as I checked tickets and still havent got any of them. Im really not happy for weeks with my new simple boring page with that theme.

No support after 6 month? Sorry, but if there problems with the installation I dont want to renew my licence over and over again. The solutions are mostly hidden in the support forum in private tickets, this is completly unacceptable. The theme is nice, but if I cant use it anymore, because of problems of a new installation, it is useless.

They answer promptly to my problem and I was able to fix it. with my hosting provider, which by the way also has great customer service. Plus, the theme is gorgeous!
