Customer support has improved with much faster replies and solutions for my issues. Sometimes there are communication difficulties, but that may just be the language differences.

The theme itself may have some flaws, as its still a theme and cant read your mind to do exactly what you want, but the support definitely makes up for that, giving simple code when possible to help you with you issues and guide you to achieve your ideas. And even without that, the theme itself allows quite a few things, and you can easily build something you like from it. And even if you need some CSS to do some things exactly how youd like it, as I said, the support can help you with that. Thanks, team Qode.
