One of the best themes we use. Unfortunately support is the slowest weve ever encountered. While others manage to get back to you within a couple of hours, here youre left waiting for days. Way too long if something does not work as expected.

Site is great... the only downside is the slow response times to support. I would expect support ticket items to be answered within 48 hours but it can go way beyond that timeframe.

Honestly. This is the only theme that works this well. Does everything I need and more. It is always improving. I had reverted to a back-up of the site and got locked out of the registration key for the theme. The owner went in and fixed it for me. Customer service is fast and the quality of integration and design is perfect.
