I went to this site with the intent of finding a theme that required a bit less CCS work than current, but that turned out not to be the case. I also created a DEV site to test this without any issues. Here are my findings: Documentation is poor and disorganized. The whole site is contingent on WPBakery Page Builder, which is poorly documented and the only Vimeo link is broken. Had to here to get training https://wpbakery.com/, but that did not answer some UDesign questions obviously since its two different products. So its a bit of a piecemeal job since the documentation is poor on the UDesign side of things. The most recent youtube video of any substance is three years old https://www.youtube.com/user/internq7/videos FAQ topics are out or order and priority, many are long text-based replies without clear visual examples and full of comments which make some impossible to follow. Step by Step guide nowhere to be found and accessing links from WP Admin was not working. Tried finding info templates and that was nowhere to be found since it all about WPBakery Page Builder after some digging. Team needs to spend some serious time organizing info and creating relevant up to date content. Happy to change my comments if I can be proven wrong, but dont think that will be the case. Can I get a refund... Thanks

This entire theme has been the best I have used and I build websites for a business. The support is top rate, because the developer himself provides support and you dont hjave to deal with idiot call centre people that cannot even understand English. No theme is ever 100%, there is always a bug or two, that is the reality with themes, but this one is pretty close to 100%.
