I reached out for support because the portfolio wasnt displaying the thumbnail images. They responded by saying the problem was one of my other plugins. Mind you, they had access to my WP and didnt bother disabling the plugins to verify that. Instead of troubleshooting the issue i was having with their template, they asked me to disable the plugins & check again. I dont understand why, as support, they couldnt have done that themselves. In any case, i tried & the issue was still there. I told them that after disabling the plugins the problem was still there. After 2 email, they stopped responding.
