Guys, I would really not recommend you to buy this theme or atleast dont pay just for support. Its pathetic . They dont even bother to reply even after 20hrs of posting g the issue. I posted the issue approx 20hrs ago, then I posted it again and its been 4-5 hrs but no reply from developer team. The theme is causing to put load on server. My site is getting down over and over again for last 1 month. I shall wait for few more hrs then change the theme. Really disappointed.

Absolutely terrible experience attempting to get this theme working with demo content. I would not recommend this theme.

SUPPORT: Support is awful and you need to wait at least 36 h to get simple answer. Support is as well rude and deciding to NOT GIVE SUPPORT if they decide to do so. No matter support licence is ACTIVE. CODE and THEME UPDATE: A lot of elements inside Visual Composer is bugged and it’s impossible to work. Some main elements as Review is totally bugged. You need to upload files through ftp to make it work and theme is payed 60$ to be working. Words are popping out the sidebar. Main navigation drop down works only as default. All other mega menus, category menus not working at all. Default theme layout is working 80%, all other layouts has bugs which are visible to site users. You need to adjust to the theme and not opposite. Basic coding is poor. Theme is not updated for a year and yet, they are telling that will be fixed in next update. WHEN IS THAT? Last thing, I dont know do you have 95% ignorant people which are buying your theme or youre making FAKE REVIEWS. Anyway, youll be reported to envato for third-party reason.
