Goodnews is surely from bad ThemeForest author. Support was absolutely slow and quite never resolutive, code for using the theme as a child them has never been fixed, the very core bundled plugin is never updated neither with theme updates. If we didnt use this theme for a quite big site, we would have gladly thrown it away!

Since few years we bought 4 licences for this theme for 4 different websites. Support is so slow and bad. You need to fix yourself problems. When you open a ticket, you need to wait few days to have a first answer "I dont understand your problem". And Wait again few days, and again few days, and again few days, to have an answer like "this problem is not our fault". You need to FIGHT with devs to show them the problem. EACH time we are asking something here, they are showing they dont care a lot, its always the same thing, long time to wait, not reactive, answer something but not the answer to the problem ("I dont understand", "its working for me", "I dont see the problem", "please do it this" while we already wrote what we did it, etc.

I use this theme for years now but since months, there are bugs and even if I contact the support team, nothing is done. You need to open tickets and nothing is solve. Im upset to loose time each time. And now my support licence is expired and I have still bugs (for months). It was a great theme and there was a good support but not anymore...
