Support is very poor... The documentation is insufficient... Took me several hours of focused work with a colleague to get the subscription (mailchimp) to work. Some best practices are not applied when writing code... the mailchimp integration is just a huge pain and support takes forever (still no reply after 3 days). If you intend on using this template for subscription, just keep on looking, otherwise its a pretty decent template for any (other) purpose.
