I bought this assuming I would be able to resize the images (at the very minimum just the height) and it has ZERO flexibility within the modules. I dont mind re-formatting some of my images to fit the pre-designed modules but to force us to create all new banner images that fit within a specific height and width is frustrating. Most of the banner and hero image modules are set to a specific size and you have to fit within that size or its a NO GO! I think at a basic level each email builder should include 1 blank or generic module that allows the user to insert their own images even if width is set to 800 pixels wide. SUPER FRUSTRATED!

Was able to create fantastic responsive emails that look great in every email client I tested. I see that version 4.0 of the Builder is out, so I cant wait to give it a try. On top of that, support is some of the best ever. - Jim
