The product just does not work. Very complicated. At the end of the day you cannot easily get the email to look just like the sample demo. You will not get what you see. Supports solution to the issue is to keep sending more complicated emails with long list of instructions that does not work. Design a product that can easily be implemented EXACTLY as the demo looks with no issue. Support suggest I add the item to Stampready then copy over to Campaign Monitor. What kind of nonsense is this? And they refuse to give my money back. Time and money wasted. Stay away.
