I want my money back. I bought "Betube Video HTML Template ", and the product is not usefull, I wanted to change the email reception at "contact-us" and they say: "Sorry for HTML version we have no email template. There will not have functionality." thanks too bad

The lack of customer support is amazing. Simple questions are NOT answered. They rather push the Wordpress theme than supporting the HTML theme. Two questions they couldnt or wouldnt answer that would save me time was: 1 Can you give me the line numbers in the CSS file that controls the theme colors? (from the current red) 2. What is the line number where I may change the font color on the Slider on the home page? (gray to white). These are basic questions that should be easly answered by their support, rather than pushing the Wordpress theme. Its too bad otherwise it seems to be a good template. BTW The reason most people purchse templates is to save time.
