Used with BS4. Several JS plugins needs to be change. But overall the template structure is good, where they wrapped most all of plugins into one. First time seen template offers "getting-start" resources, separate to main/demo templates; this helps avoid dev felt overwhelming or filled with bloated functionality. For the design, body sidebar might need a rework, with js scrollbar it will looks much better.
