All the template forms are great to work with out of the box. Trying to alter them was a little difficult for me, (My coding is a little rusty) Thats why I purchased this product. Had trouble modifying a form and Elflaire helped me in the areas I was having trouble with and went the extra mile to make the form even better. Great customer support! Would recommend.
