All the template forms are great to work with out of the box. Trying to alter them was a little difficult for me, (My coding is a little rusty) Thats why I purchased this product. Had trouble modifying a form and Elflaire helped me in the areas I was having trouble with and went the extra mile to make the form even better. Great customer support! Would recommend.

I purchased this a few months ago. Its very customizable but theres not much support if you stumble upon any issues. I emailed and it took almost a week for the first response and after the third there was no response (or edited files). I ran out of time and ended up ditching the form.
